Your wallet just LEVELED UP!

What a great event BTC Prague 2026 was! I connected with so many community builders and had endless engaging conversations… I’ve never been so bullish on IRL events! 🚀

So yes – Prague was fun… but that doesn’t mean that the team has been idle. Quite the contrary!
Here’s what we’ve been cooking in the background…
June’s Spotlight: Smarter wallet!
Back in February we launched our own wallet. This was a massive step forward for Satlantis and meant that every single user could receive and send sats at the speed of Lightning ⚡
This came on top of our already implemented event wallets system: in Satlantis, each event has its own, independent wallet to receive ticketing sales. It makes sense, because not every event you organize will involve the same partners, speakers, sponsors etc. And believe me: once past events start adding up, you’ll be grateful to have separate transaction histories!
Our solution was to segregate the funds of each separate event to ensure maximum control. And this already set us apart from most event and ticketing apps out there – yes, back in December 2025!
Now that a few months have passed, we’ve had the chance to stress-test the wallet flow and listen to your feedback, and we’ve made some small but powerful quality of life adjustments releasing this week.
Curious to see what’s new?
First, we’ve made accessing each event wallet much more intuitive and convenient. The main event page now has a persistent orange wallet icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. (You’ll find the same button in the ‘Manage event’ page, right above the ‘Overview’, ‘Guests’ and other tabs.)
But the most significant change is that you no longer need to navigate through your events pages to find the individual event wallets. Now, when you open your main wallet from your profile, you also get easy access to all wallets from events you organized – with just a swipe!
Similarly, when clicking ‘Send’ or ‘Receive’ in any of your wallets (main or event), you will see a list of all your wallets (again, main or event). That means you can easily send between any event wallets you own, and back and forth between your main and event wallets.
You can also send your funds to any external Lightning wallet of course – and soon toon-chain addresses too!
We’re still ironing out some kinks and trying to nail the UX, so I’d appreciate your comments and suggestions once you have the opportunity to play around with it! Remember, we’re building Satlantis in the open.
