Last year, Satlantis made a strategic pivot away from a ‘social travel super-app’ toward an ‘in-person events app’. Since then we’ve been hard at work delivering the best Bitcoin events, calendar and ticketing tool out there. We think we’re pretty much there already, having achieved – and in certain aspects exceeded – feature parity with Luma & Meetup.
Still, as we hyperfocused on the event experience, we never lost sight of our North Star: People, Places, Events.
With Events pretty much nailed, it’s time to focus on People…
Introducing Communities
As an organizer, once you achieve regular attendance it makes sense to create a Calendar your audience can subscribe to, so they can get notified when new events are happening.
Communities represent another step forward. In short, it enables you to:

You can think of your Satlantis Community as the digital home for your real-life network. One place to manage your People, Calendar and Events. One place to point interested newcomers to. One place to monetize your IRL presence.
All in one beautifully-presented, highly customizable and collaborative environment.
Communities will initially be available only to a selected first cohort of community leaders, based on how active they’re on Satlantis. On top of that, we’re also providing exclusive white glove support to existing communities with paid members who will migrate to Satlantis.

🧖 BTC HEL WEEK 2026 (Helsinki, Finland · Sep 23 – 27)
The legendary Nordic Bitcoin festival returns to Helsinki this September. Expect local adoption, Bitcoin businesses, world-class speakers, networking, parties and plenty of Finnish sauna. A great excuse to discover Helsinki while connecting with the Nordic Bitcoin community.
