New in Satlantis šļø Primal signer, multi-currency & more!
Hi there!
Itās Jordi again. Last month you learned about our biggest release yet. I told you there wouldnāt be massive updates for a while⦠but today I bring you some very cool new features you wonāt want to miss.
Primal signer
Donāt want to trust us with your Nostr private key (nSec)? Good. You shouldnāt. And now you donāt have to.
Until now, itās been tricky to give users sovereignty over their keys while building an actual, working product. This was easier on web, yet browser extensions too are far from perfect.
Thatās why weāre so thrilled to integrate the new Primal signer. Already have a Primal account? Then you can simply log in with your Primal and sign all Nostr events on Satlantis without trusting us with your key!
Great news for sovereign individuals and noobs alike ;)
Multi-currency support
We now support multiple fiat currencies at the event level.
What does that mean? You, as an event organizer are not limited to your local currency: you can charge one event in USD and the next in EUR or CAD, etc. The only restriction is that all tickets within one same event will be priced in the same currency. (Of course, you can sell tickets in both Bitcoin and whatever fiat currency you choose!)
The best part is that you donāt have to worry about holding multiple fiat currencies: Stripe handles all conversions on their side, so that no matter how you decide to charge, youāll receive your fiat in whatever currency youāve set up with Stripe.

By the way, this also makes it easy to charge a different price for fiat and Bitcoin tickets š Offering discounted tickets for Bitcoin payments is a great way to incentivize people to use it as a medium of exchange!
Multi-ticketing (coming early Aprilā¦)
What if I want to buy tickets for me and my partner, my family or my team? Well, coming soon (in a matter of days!) weāll be introducing multi-ticketing for exactly those scenarios. Youāll be able to buy multiple tickets, add them to your deviceās wallet, and assign them to others seamlessly.
From the point of view of the organizer, youāll see in the Guests tab some attendees with multiple tickets if they have not assigned them, or each individual ticket holder if they have been assigned a ticket. You will be able to check them in individually, ticket by ticket or in group.
It may seem like a small thing, but this feature took some work to implement and, most importantly, it makes YOUR life easier.
